Angelina

Villa Angelina has been sold and is no longer available for rent. Thank you to those of you who have enjoyed a great holiday in Angelina.

We now have only 1 villa on the island and intend to continue renting villa Alexander. We've had many happy memories there and will continue to use Villa Alexander for our own family holidays and for our returning guests.

Angelina: 2 bedroomed duplex with Private Heated Pool, Air-Conditioning and Communal pools access

The House is situated on a security patrolled Golf complex. This is one of the few front line properties with undisturbed views of the sea and harbour from the patio and upstairs balcony. It is the only property in the la Colina Area (see map) with both front line views and a private heated pool which is in the sun all day. The garden is south facing garden, meaning the villa pool is in the sun all day (see picture below). 

Large artificial grassed area for kids play which is fully fenced and gated with kiddies play house and small slide.  Extended patio area in front of house. Wireless broadband Internet. Monitored Camera Alarm system with security guard response. Premium pack Movies, Sports and all other channels on Satelite TV from Feb 2013.

There are tables for dining both inside and outside. Large communal pool & children's pool. Babycot, high chair and sterlizer. Satellite TV. 
Arrvial after 3pm and leaving times noon - normally.  Late departure is sometimes available depending on arrival of the next guests. It is not available if we have guests arriving the same day you depart. You will be automatically notified when/if this becomes available in the week prior to arrival.

Our own private heated pool, for which we are responsible, is the main feature of our property and is always kept in full working order.)
