Once you've made  your payment via the above link, you will be sent two emails: a confirmation of payment and a booking form with all the information about your holiday dates and requirements that you have entered.  Following your final balance payment, you will be sent a password to access your welcome pack via our website. This will provide all the information you need on your arrival and during your stay.

Prices

We do not charge a damage deposit (other than an optional £50 roof terrace access to avoid the satalite dish being tampered with) and hope that you will treat our properties with respect. Prices below are for 7 nights. Two week prices are simply twice those listed.

Once you do this, we'll send you a booking form with payment details.  On payment of your final balance you will be sent a welcome pack with direction, details of your villa and local information.

Extras

There are no extra charges for cots, high chairs, pool heating, air conditioning. Both bath towels and beach towels for all guests are provided.

Arrival and departure times are sometimes flexible depending on other guests. Otherwise departure is expected by noon.

Terms and Conditions:

You will be sent a copy of general terms regarding your stay once you make your final payment and receive your welcome pack. Prices are subject to change and you must confirm the price with us before booking.  We reserve the right to make an ajustment where we make a genuine error in quoting.

Return, refund and cancellation policy: We typically do not give refunds for holidays booked with us. But we also don't charge for any extras or damage deposits (other than an optional £50 roof terrace access to avoid the satalite dish being tampered with)  .  However, should you have a problem with a airline bankrupcy, we will endeavour to re-rent the property. In that circumstance, if we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the full amount or any lower amount we manage to achieve on re-rental. A final decision on any refund is subject to our decision only and will depend on the particulary circumstances.
